So last night my mentor and I went to a Real Estate Investment Seminar... for those of you who have never been to a REI Seminar I strongly recommend it! Between the various (numerous) readings that I have done, the ongoing seminars I attend, and the many interviews of people who are truly successful (financially), you must invest in Real Estate. Now there are many ways that you can do this. For those with expendable cash, there are many options and opportunities. But more importantly, for those who don't have expendable cash there is an extremely lucrative way of making BIG BIG MONEY!!
One of the current ventures that my investment partner and myself are involved in has to do with rehab rentals. We have a system that allows virtually anyone to get started in Real Estate investing... even if you don't currently own your primary residence. Many of us need tax deductions... well the government only gives you 2 major tax deductible items... a business and REAL ESTATE.
