You're WORTH way more than you think!

Bob Proctor mentioned that the human body is worth billions of dollars in relationship to the energy we produce. Yet 9 out of 10 people in America have a "Extremely" poor self-esteem. Once we realize how valuable we are (to ourselves and everyone else on the planet) the sooner we can move towards success. I was recently emailed a story that provides a great analogy. Let me know what you think!

A well-known speaker>started off his seminar by holding up a $20.00 bill. In the room of 200, he asked, "Who would like this $20 bill?". Hands started going up. He said, "I am going to give this $20 to one of you but first, let me do this. He proceeded to crumple up the $20 dollar bill. He then asked, "Who still wants it?" Still the hands were up in the air. Well, he replied, "What if I do this?" And he dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe.

He picked it up, now crumpled and dirty. "Now, who still wants it?" Still the hands went into the air. My friends, we have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20.

Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as though we are worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value. Dirty or clean, crumpled or finely creased, you are still priceless to those who DO LOVE you. The worth of our lives comes not in what we do or who we know, but by WHO WE ARE and WHOSE WE ARE. You are special and Don't EVER forget it."

Ever tried BRAIN FOOD? We recommend DEEP THOUGHT by KAL

I am not sure if anyone has heard of BRAIN FOOD, but the stuff rocks! I have personally tried a variety of products, and DEEP THOUGHT manufactured by KAL is by far my favorite! From what the science has said... this supplement allows the neurons in your brain to fire harder, which in turn allows you to have improved memory retention.

Have you ever been in a conversation and had a "Loss of Words"? After taking this supplement for about 4-5 days you should feel extremely clear headed and very on point. The other nice thing about BRAIN FOOD is rather than having to read/ study something 7-9 times before you absorb it, you should only have to read/ study 1-3 times.

DISCLAIMER: Your dreams will be extremely vivid! Don't take the supplement after 4:00PM as you will have a tough time sleeping... your mind will be running and make it difficult to sleep. In addition, don't be surprised if your urine is a neon color. Remember this is a vitamin, anything that your body doesn't absorb will be excreted :).

I Invest By Design... not by chance or luck...

So last night my mentor and I went to a Real Estate Investment Seminar... for those of you who have never been to a REI Seminar I strongly recommend it! Between the various (numerous) readings that I have done, the ongoing seminars I attend, and the many interviews of people who are truly successful (financially), you must invest in Real Estate. Now there are many ways that you can do this. For those with expendable cash, there are many options and opportunities. But more importantly, for those who don't have expendable cash there is an extremely lucrative way of making BIG BIG MONEY!!

One of the current ventures that my investment partner and myself are involved in has to do with rehab rentals. We have a system that allows virtually anyone to get started in Real Estate investing... even if you don't currently own your primary residence. Many of us need tax deductions... well the government only gives you 2 major tax deductible items... a business and REAL ESTATE. If you don't have both of these items you are always going to be giving the government more money than you can imagine! To find out more about REAL ESTATE INVESTING visit http://www.ilivebydesign.com/ , click on FREE STUFF, and submit for a free coaching consultation and one of our coaches will be happy to educate you on how to invest, no matter how much or little you have in your bank account.

All the best,

"Coach B"

Don't look away...

Another wonderful Om that was sent to me today that I felt compelled to share with you all...

-Homeless people in our communities are a fact of life, especially in big cities. Many of us don't know how to interpret this situation or what we can do to help. We may vacillate between feeling guilty, as if we are personally responsible, and feeling angry, as if being homeless is entirely on their shoulders. The situation is, of course, far more complex than either scenario. Still, not knowing how to respond, we may fall into the habit of not responding at all. We may look over their heads and not make eye contact, or look down at the ground as we pass, falling into a habit of ignoring them. Each time we do this, we disconnect ourselves from a large portion of the human family, and it doesn't feel right. Most of us know in our hearts that the homeless and the poor are not so very different from us. They may be the victims of poor planning or an unavoidable crisis. Some of them are mentally ill, some are addicted to drugs or alcohol, and some are choosing to be homeless for reasons we may never understand. We can imagine that, given their lives, we would likely have ended up in the same place. This does not mean that we are meant to rescue them as they are on their own learning path, but it does remind us that we can treat them as equals, because that is what they are. Even if we aren't able to offer food, shelter, or money, we can offer a blessing as we pass. We can look them in the eye and acknowledge our shared humanness, even if we don't know how to help them. This simple act of kindness and silent or spoken blessings can be helpful to those living on the street. If you want to help with information, you can learn about the services in your area and share the locations of food banks, shelters, and other resources. As parents, perhaps you would like to plan ahead, talking with your children about how as a family you would like to handle these situations. Whatever you decide to do, you will feel much better when you make a conscious choice not to simply look away.

Exploring Our Readiness... In-Between Times

I had this Daily Om sent to me and I found it very pertinent...

"It could be argued that life is more about the time spent waiting for something to happen than it is about something happening. What this means is that the big events in our lives are preceded by many days and nights of dreaming, planning, organizing, and waiting. The times of waiting in between the big events actually constitute the majority of our lives. These in-between times are anything but uneventful. In fact, they are rich with possibility and filled with opportunities for reflection and preparation. Like a pregnant woman awaiting the birth of her child, we have a finite period of time in which to prepare internally and externally for the upcoming event that will define a new chapter in our lives.

When we find ourselves in an in-between time, we often can't help but feel impatient for the impending event. We just want to get to the future and have the new baby, the new job, or the new house. And yet, there is a reason a pregnancy takes nine months to fulfill itself. Nature provides the expectant parents with this time so that they can prepare the nest. This preparation plays out on many levels. Materially, a space must be created in the home and resources must be set aside for the baby's future; psychologically, a shift must occur in which the psyches of both parents agree to be responsible for a new life in the world; and emotionally, the heart must open wider to embrace and fulfill a new love.

Whenever you find yourself in such a time of waiting, you might want spend time exploring your material, psychological, and emotional readiness. For example, if you are preparing to move to a new city, you could make a list of things you'd like to do in the city you will be leaving behind, and go to your favorite places and spend time with old friends. This way, you will remain fully engaged in the present as you await your future, savoring the in-between time as a vital experience in itself."

The Power of Accountability

Do you want to take your life to the next level? Do you feel like you can't get out of the hole you're in? Are you tired of setting goals, only to watch them go un-achieved each year?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions realize you are not alone! In fact, you are part of the majority. A recent study showed that 98% of people who make a New Years Resolution quit within the first month. Everyone wants change and growth in their lives, but few accomplish it.

What we have done to combat this epidemic is we have created a system that gets people where they truly want to be. We have put together the How-To's and we have someone that walks you through the process. We don't just focus on one element of your life we focus on your world as a whole! When looking to improve yourself many questions arise, and they usually cause us to quit before we ever get started.

Read the following questions and see if this dialogue has ever played out in your mind.

If you want to LOSE WEIGHT or INCREASE YOUR ENERGY...
What training routine should I be doing?
What vitamins and supplements should I buy?
Where is the cheapest place to buy Supplements and vitamins?
What foods should I be eating?
How do I track my progress?
And the list goes on!

If you want to boost your BUSINESS...
How to I increase my leads?
How do I set up a Business Plan?
How do I get repeat business?
How do I market?
How do I establish a Web presence?
And the list goes on!

If you want to boost your FINANCES...
How do I invest wisely?
What risks should (n't) I take?
How do I budget for my business and at home?
How to I create a surplus?
How do I invest in Real Estate?
And the list goes on!

If you want to improve your FAMILY LIFE...
How can I connect with my spouse better?
How do I spend more Quality time with the kids?
How can I take vacations and save money?
How can I get my family to grow themselves?
And the list goes on!

If you want to increase your KNOWLEDGE or EDUCATION...
What books should I read?
What school should I attend?
What classes can I take to grow myself?
What things can I do on a daily basis to increase my mental clarity and sharpness?

All of us have asked these questions. And because we didn't know the answers we quit or chose not to take action. These questions can be looked at in two ways; they are either the Problem or the Solution. If you don't have answers to them they are the problem. But if you can answer them (and put those answers into consistent motion) they have now become the solution!!

A car has 6 cylinders. Each fire at different points in time, which allows your car to move forward. If your car is only running on 1 or 2 cylinders your engine won't last long. It will burn out! Our lives work the same as a car engine. We operate on these 6 cylinders: Spiritual, Family, Business, Financial, Body, and Mind. If any of these cylinders aren't firing you will burn out! For most of us, we have already burned out.

Just like a knowledgeable mechanic our coach's are trained to give your world a massive tune-up. It doesn't happen overnight. But the results are amazing!!If you want to take your life to the next level, or if you just want find out more information, post me or call us at 800-990-2473 Ext. 199 . Are you aiming at nothing and hitting It with amazing accuracy?

Most people never set a goal, and magically, they reach that goal. I was very fortunate to have a mentor growing up who showed me the importance of setting goals. Stanford did a study back in the early 80's. What they did was they interviewed the graduating class of '81 to see how many people had set goals and how many didn't. 20 years later they followed up with the class and were astonished at the results. 2% of the people who graduated had set goals, and get this... the 2% was worth more than the other 98% combined!!!

The power of focus (which is also a great book, this was a semi-reference) is so incredible when it is used. Bob Proctor, Anthony Robbins, Jack Canfield, and the list goes on and on, all talk about the power of setting goals. And most importantly focusing on those goals. Have you ever sat down and imagined already having everything you have ever dreamed of? I mean really gone there in your mind. It is a complete trip!! Scientists have studied and found that your mind can't tell the difference between real experience and mental experience. This is probably why our dreams (sleeping dreams) seem soooo real.

If you haven't seen the movie The Secret I highly recommend it. It lays out a detailed explanation of how the power of goals and the sub-conscious mind work. If you would like to discuss things on a more personal level feel free to post, call, or check out my website at http://www.ilivebydesign.com .

Best regards,

Coach Brook

P.S. - Go set some goals!!!

Living by Chance??

I feel that it's very important to title my first Blog, "Are you living by Chance?" because I feel so many of us are just living without purpose and direction. Have you ever wondered what your calling is? Ever wondered if you have a higher purpose? Ever felt like you were living for someone else? Or that you have spun your wheels for the last decade and moved backwards? I have recently gone through a major life change and realized that these questions were haunting me. I knew I had to do something about it. For the last ten years I was living out someone else's plan, someone else's dreams. I finally understood that I wanted to live for myself, and start planning out my dreams, and actually make progress towards them (imagine that.... progress). In asking these questions and searching for the answers I came to this conclusion... I am not alone. The mass majority of society doesn't know what they really want. And a more astonishing fact, most people die without finding their passion and never fulfill their own dreams.

Why would so many people go through life without ever finding their purpose? Why would so many work so hard to end up in a place that was incomplete and unfulfilled? The answer is simple. People never planned. And those that had a glimpse of what they wanted in life got "Caught Up''. The true reason why so many are unhappy in life is that they are working soooo hard for things that don't really matter.

For the last 5 years I have been studying those who are excited to be alive because they know where they are going, and more importantly they know how to get there. That is the formula for a truly successful life. Having a plan, with a road map, and a navigator to help you create your passion in life. If you are feeling the same way that I was please post and let me know how I can help you create your meaning/ passion in life.
